IDS is a specialised distribution consulting firm, founded by Leon Beale, that is headquartered in Sydney and focused on the rapidly developing Asia Pacific insurance markets.

Our vision is to support the profitable development of the Asia Pacific insurance industry through the provision of best-of-class advice, facilitating the introduction of new technologies and methodologies, as well as the creation of new sources of insurance sales.
